I have over 15 years of experience in IT, working with a range of companies from mid-sized businesses to CAC40 enterprises. My career has involved a diverse set of responsibilities, from project implementations to troubleshooting complex issues and managing major IT incidents. Five years ago, I transitioned into a Technical Account Manager role, where I’ve focused on building strong relationships with customers and partners. My expertise lies primarily in infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud, and I am now aiming to deepen my knowledge in cybersecurity over the coming years.
